Do you accept credit card payments for web hosting?
We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. As soon your credit card clears payment, your account will be configured by the next business day. Thereafter, your credit card will be charged automatically each month, quarter or year (as selected by you) for the upcoming period of service.

Do you accept payment by check?
Yes! We accept personal or business checks, as well as cashier's checks and money orders, provided: You are not a reseller (resellers pay monthly, quarterly or annually by credit card only); You are willing to pay for your account either on a quarterly or annual basis; and Your check is made in U.S. funds drawing on a U.S. bank. Accounts to be started with a check or money order must send payment for their first 3 months of service, plus domain registration and other fees if applicable. Your account will be configured within 1 business day after your check or money order has cleared our bank, and your account will be billed every three months (or year) thereafter for the upcoming quarter (or year).

Do you accept billing from purchase order?
Currently we accept purchase orders only from established accounts. When approved in advance by WebTwister management, we bill clients by purchase order on a quarterly or annual basis only. Payment for service is due upon receipt for each upcoming quarter or year. How do I pay if I am based outside the United States?
We accept payment on non-US accounts by any of the following means: By credit card (Visa, Mastercard or American Express), to be billed monthly, quarterly or annually as you choose, in US funds; By check if the check draws on US funds from a US bank, to be paid in advance quarterly or annually; or Wire transfer in US funds, if you are willing to pay all transfer charges, to be paid quarterly or annually. We recommend non-US accounts use a credit card in most cases for the sake of simplicity. We will configure your site within 1 business day after your credit card payment, check or wire transfer has cleared our bank.

Can I pay monthly for an annual plan?
No. Annual plans require payment for an entire year up front. Remember, however, that using one of our annual pay plans will actually save you money over the course of a year, because you will receive 2 months hosting free. Therefore, you will be getting 12 months of web hosting for the price of 10 months' service when on an annual contract.
